Aparrently, Guinness is a couch potato...

Finally! Pictures of our bedroom. It's still not completely finished as you can see by some of the random things laying around, but it's almost there. People were just begging for pictures, so here they are...

This is the view outside our bedroom window. To the right, is our balcony.

This is our new cat, Guinness. We adopted him from Petsmart, but he's from a local shelter down here. They described him as "very affectionate" and that was an understatement. He is the most loving cat you could ever hope for. Guinness loves to cuddle, play with his toys, and fall asleep at your feet.

He also aparently likes to eat mashed potatoes off the kitchen counter, which we found out tonight, but he'll be cured of that soon.

Here is our apartment. As you can see we are not completly done packing, but it's a start. We still have to finish our bedroom, which is why there are no pictures of that room. As you can see in one of the bathroom pictures, we have a new addition to our "family": Guinness, our new cat, but i'll post some pictures of him later. Miss everyone and hope you're having beautiful 80 degree weather like i did today!

Welcome to Joy's Virginia Adventure!!! Here I will keep you all posted on the goings on of myself and my husband, Jon while we embark on this exciting step in our lives.

Tuesday was my last day working at Ulster. On the left is my very yummy cake and set-up. It was a good chance to say good-bye to the people i cared most about at Ulster.

The next couple of days all FULL of packing!!! we're doing good, but we have a lot more to go.
